New Generation for Change (NGC) empowers youth and women to lead positive change in their communities. We focus on peacebuilding, good governance, mindset transformation, gender equality, and environmental protection — turning local challenges into opportunities for inclusive development. Our work combines training, advocacy, and practical community projects to ensure that every young person has the tools to create a more just, peaceful, and sustainable society.

Our advocacy efforts promote transparency, accountability, and inclusive decision-making, ensuring that women and youth have a seat at the table. This approach not only reduces tensions but also restores trust between authorities and the population. Through capacity-building and awareness campaigns, we nurture a culture of civic responsibility that supports lasting peace and effective governance.
