Youth Leadership and Empowerment
NGC equips young people with the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to become changemakers. Through leadership workshops, civic education, and entrepreneurship training, we empower youth to engage actively in their communities and drive sustainable development across the DRC.
Genger Equality & Youth Health
At NGC, we empower young people—especially girls and women—to take control of their health and rights. Through awareness campaigns, workshops, and safe space initiatives, we address sexual and reproductive health, menstrual hygiene, and gender-based violence, while promoting inclusive access to care and information.
Our goal is to foster a healthier, more equal generation across the DRC.
Environment and Sustainability
We work to protect natural resources and promote eco-friendly practices across Congolese communities. Through reforestation campaigns, environmental education, and climate resilience initiatives, NGC empowers youth and citizens to take action against deforestation, waste mismanagement, and environmental degradation.

New Generation for Change (NGC) is a dynamic, youth-led nonprofit organization based in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), committed to building a generation of responsible, engaged, and empowered leaders who can transform their communities. Founded to respond to the challenges of conflict, weak governance, and youth exclusion, NGC serves as a platform where young people and women can find their voice, develop their skills, and take meaningful action.
Through training programs, advocacy campaigns, and grassroots initiatives, we provide the knowledge, mentorship, and resources needed to turn ideas into impact. Our work focuses on peacebuilding, civic participation, good governance, gender equality, environmental protection, and social justice — equipping communities to solve their own problems sustainably. By combining education, community mobilization, and strategic partnerships, NGC helps create safe spaces for dialogue, strengthens trust between citizens and local authorities, and empowers youth and women to lead change from the ground up.
